June of 2005 to deliver disaster recovery and business continuity solutions to
small and mid sized businesses. Our unique subscription based remote backup
service enhanced our offerings in December 2005 and became part of our core
service delivery. With facilities in St. Louis, Topeka and Kansas City,
Prometheus, Inc. diverse systems allow for uncompromised data storage solutions.

Managing Infrastructure and
Data Center. The
staff delivering Argos manages mission critical environments daily. From the
data center infrastructure to engineering back office, processes are in
place to ensure a high availability environment which is protected by
physical, logical and network security measures. Network redundancy, tape
management, SAN maintenance and fire suppression are in place to protect
these critical assets. CD Archives, DVD Duplication and Emergency restore
services are in place and ready when needed to deliver timely restoration if
required.

The entire client experience is supported by proven processes. 24/7 support
staff is available to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support should you
opt for this service. The support staff is not only skilled in the Argos
application but is well versed in supporting several thousand customers with
